Yes. Selected tours include an optional meeting point at the Pemex gas station in front of the OXXO in Zona Romántica. Confirm the pickup option when booking.
Is snorkeling equipment included?
Yes. We provide snorkeling equipment for guests. Your guide will also explain how to use it and help beginners feel comfortable.
Are the tours suitable for children and beginners?
Many of our tours are suitable for families and first-time snorkelers. Contact us before booking if anyone has mobility concerns, medical needs or limited swimming experience.
What marine life can we see at Los Arcos?
Marine life changes with the season and ocean conditions. Guests may see tropical fish and other local wildlife, but specific sightings cannot be guaranteed.
What should I bring on the boat?
Bring swimwear, a towel, reef-friendly sun protection, comfortable footwear and a waterproof place for your phone or camera.
